Q: Where is your production location?
A: Our production base is located in Fenggang Town, Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China. We also have an office in Shenzhen to provide synchronized services worldwide.
Q: What core qualifications do you have?
A: We have obtained dual certifications of ISO9001 and IATF16949. Our quality management standards comply with international norms and fully meet the strict requirements of various industries.

Q: Do you support customization based on drawings or samples?
A: Yes. Our professional team can optimize structures and design molds according to your drawings or samples, and provide personalized customized solutions.
Q: How long is the mold development lead time?
A: Standard molds take 7 to 15 working days, while complex precision molds require 20 to 30 working days. Samples will be provided after mold completion for confirmation.
Q: Do you offer samples for customized products? What are the lead time and costs?
A: Yes, sample service is available.Simple samples take 3–5 working days, and complex samples take 7–10 working days.Sample fees depend on specifications and materials. The sample cost will be fully refunded once your subsequent bulk order reaches the agreed quantity.

Q: What is your quality control process?
A: Complete process:Raw material incoming inspection → In-process full inspection & patrol inspection → Final finished product inspection before shipment.We implement strict full-process control, and only qualified products will be delivered.
Q: How to handle product quality issues?
A: Please feedback within 7 working days after receiving the goods.We will respond within 24 hours and offer solutions such as reshipment, rework or refund. Meanwhile, our technical team will analyze the root cause for continuous improvement.

Q: What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
A: The MOQ for customized products is 1 piece. The MOQ for subsequent small-batch trial production is negotiable.
Q: What is the lead time for bulk orders?
A: 20–30 working days for customized carbon fiber products.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: For overseas orders, we support international payments such as Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C).
Q: Can you provide overseas logistics and customs clearance services?
A: Yes. We have mature overseas logistics channels, supporting door-to-door and port-to-port delivery. We can also assist in preparing complete export customs clearance documents.
